Ross Walker-Smart (Notts AC)
won the U15 boys high jump at the National Indoors at the NIA, Birmingham at the weekend. He cleared 1.92m at the first attempt, which was a new championship record and English age record.

UK School Games Ccoventry in 23-26th August
The Uk School Games took part over two days (athletes were at the camp for 4 days altogether). Notts AC had the following athletes representing the East Midlands team/ Part of regions of England against teams from Wales Scotland and Ireland
Michael Warner won bronze in 400m with a pb 48.56s
Laura Mason 5th in 200m 25.41a
Dan Gilder 6th hammer 52.6m
Tom Moates 7th in 400m hurdles 56.27s

Midland Young Athletes Road Relays
Notts AC Juniors were also in fine form with the Under 13 Boys finishing a very good 9th. A good run on the 1st leg by M Williams bringing the team home in 10th and finishing 19th fastest of the day.

Notts AC Under 15 Boys only just missed a medal by 13 secs finishing 4th, Mark Thompson finished 6th overall.
