​Notts AC's annual mile and 5000m races, graded by predicted time. All abilities welcome, ages 10+. Spectators are free to attend.

Entries:

​£12 with a £2 discount for England athletics members

Entries close at 9am on Wednesday 14 June 2026, or when the entry limit is reached. Limited entries may be available on the night if any remain. 

Races will be seeded based on the predicted time you submit at the time of entry. Races will include a mix of ages and gender, seeding is purely based on predicted time. 

Timetable:

First race at 6.30pm.

Final race concluded no later than 9pm.

Results:

All results will be submitted for inclusion on Power of 10 the week following the event.

Mile

Cash prizes available for Tim Wealthall Mile and Richard Bird Ladies Mile (elite races)

Event record bonus: £250 - Men 3.59.4, Women 4.42.5

Race numbers are to be collected on the evening. Nothing will be sent to you in advance except instructions via email.
