Entry is by invite, and based upon national rankings derived from times attained in competition each season. Fourteen Notts AC athletes were selected by their local county school’s athletics associations in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire for this year’s English School’s Track and Field championships held on Friday 10th and Saturday 11th at the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham. Harvey Hadden Stadium saw an excellent night of racing on 12 June with five races across the mile and 5000m races. The first race of the night saw Ethan Daykin of Notts AC in a close race the whole way with David Jordan, taking the win in the Mile C race in a time of 5.35.3.
